We moved to Lake Cain around 1963. Spent a few happy years there before moving to Tangelo Park. Our Lake Cain home had a bomb shelter in the back yard. It was built during the Kennedy years to hide in if the Castro decided to attack us. This house burnt a few years ago and has been rebuilt. My grandmother died there, suddenly. My mother said she saw her standing downstairs looking out the window just behind my brother, David, standing on the hill with a shovel.
A Scrapbook for my Sister, Donna.
